'We Sculpt Our Lives'

The following artwork contains an image of me as a young boy. When studying self portraiture I collected images from my past as I think this is relevant when talking about self portraiture conceptually. I like using my hands directly to paint as this expresses a personal connection and emotion with the work.

Video of above drawing:

Sitting here, Being here
Nothing different, nothing real
anymore
Everything's real, but no
We walk, we live
the pen goes on and on
It moves the course, I write again
The resolution is non-existent
but it starts
Our resolution is non-existent
But it starts
Let's be influenced
No choice
But influence.
